How Does Skin Needing Work?
Needling creates micro channels in the skin, which causes a controlled injury and triggers the body to naturally heal and produce new collagen and elastin. The fine, medical-grade needles reach the deep dermis to stimulate collagen production and accelerate cell turnover. These punctures trigger the body to naturally heal and fill the micro-wounds with new collagen and elastin. Blood supply improves greatly as new capillaries form.

The Cosmelan is a world class non-laser pigmentation removal treatment specially designed to treat and remove pigmentation, and clear away freckles, age spots and damaged caused by the sun.
There are several forms of pigmentation the Cosmelan peel successfully targets including:
Melasma - triggered by heat, stress and hormonal factors and found on the top lip, cheek and forehead. Laser treatment is often incorrectly advised to treat melasma, however research and evidence overwhelmingly show that heat-based laser solutions are not effective for this condition and will only trigger and worsen melasma. The Cosmelan peel is our non-laser alternative and will effectively correct and remove melasma.
Post inflammatory hyper pigmentation - trigged by an inflammatory process and can appear all of the face and most commonly after a skin lesions (pimples).
Liver spots (Lentigo) - Caused be excess amounts of sun exposure, ageing and also some medications. Lentigo spots can appear all over the face but are largely found on the side of the face.
