ALL "The Skin Bar" PRODUCTS TAKE 2 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS, DAY 1 STARTS THE DAY AFTER YOUR ORDER IS RECEIVED. TRACKING NUMBERS ARE SENT VIA EMAIL AFTER PROCESSING.

Packages will be shipped using Australia Post.

***BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS.

***ALWAYS ALLOW ONE EXTRA BUSINESS DAY FOR PROCESSING AFTER A HOLIDAY OR A SALE. 

***WE DO NOT SHIP ANY PRODUCTS ON SATURDAY and SUNDAY

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION:

If a package is returned to The Skin Bar, due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. The Skin Bar is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

The Skin Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, The Skin Bar will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. 

WE USE STANDARD SHIPPING WHICH RANGES FROM 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING UPON YOUR LOCATION. IF PURCHASED, WE REGISTER POST ITEMS TO BE EXPRESS DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY.

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We ship internationally for a flat fee of $25 aud. Tracking number will be sent once parcel has been shipped. Please get in contact prior to purchasing if you have any questions regarding international shipping.
